The artist’s trademark individual style although an unusual Lowland Scotland painting for the artist, who classically painted fine landscape views of the Cuillin Mountains in Skye and the Scottish Highlands & Islands....
Appears to be approaches to the Firth of Clyde, downhill, possible to Gourock on the south side of the Firth. Realist style, lovely colouring and detail- fine depiction of the Scottish light and the approach to the Firth of Clyde town and the river....
